Here you find step-by-step instructions to set up a trigger campaign
Trigger campaign
First select the “Campaigns” tab in the menu on the left-hand side and click on “New campaign”. You can choose between a “Trigger campaign” and a “Manual campaign”.
As you select the “Trigger campaign” menu item, a pop-up window appears with options for the desired media format.
Pick your campaign's media type and name it.
Once the campaign has been successfully created, the sendout manager opens, allowing you to select the data source for your campaign and the trigger size.
Don't forget to save the trigger settings after adjusting! Only then can you continue with the next step.
Next, add your sendout on the right-hand side of the sendout manager and name it.
Hit "Configure" to edit the design of the advertising material as well as the products to be showcased. You can start by choosing a standard template or create your own custom styling.
Adjust the contents of your print mailing as required and use the button at the bottom right to return to your advertising media.
From there, you can either create additional advertising material or continue to the next step.
Here, a softproof of the sendouts will be displayed. To proceed, please confirm the message below the preview.
The only remaining step is to enter the billing address. The final price for a single trigger-run, based on the set threshhold of recipients, can be found on the right side.
After confirming the terms and conditions, the trigger campaign is ready to be activated. Once activated, it will automatically be launched whenever the set trigger threshold is reached.
