Setting up print data reception

Learn how to configure print data reception.

1. Select the archive format under data transfer

Click on the Settings option in the menu on the left. There, you'll find the data transfer tab.

Here, you can choose the number of recipients per PDF, your preferred transfer method and archive format. The options available are notification via email or FTP server.

2. Provide details

When transferring via FTP server, the server URL, upload path, download path, user name and password must now be entered. The data is saved using the Update information button.
